Club Philosophy

Gateshead Redheugh 1957’s Club Philosophy is for children to develop and learn social and life skills in a football environment. We aim for the children to have the best experience possible whilst at the club taking part in sport in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment. The emphasis should not be on short term success but long term individual development
